Polymer Polymer Waterproof & Decorative Integrated Exterior Wall Coating
A new-type cement-based coating independently developed and produced by Tumei New Materials, this two-component innovative coating uses imported special white cement from France, selected quartz sand, and active additives for the powder component, and Dow polymer emulsion from the United States for the liquid component. Simply mix the two components thoroughly before application. Suitable for various new and old surfaces, it boasts strong adhesion to the substrate, with a tough and scratch-resistant film. It also offers outstanding weather resistance, rain streak resistance, freeze-thaw resistance, alkali resistance, efflorescence resistance, and UV resistance.
Strong Adhesion & Wide Application Range: Can be applied to various building surfaces including tiles, marble, stoneware, terrazzo, gypsum board, concrete, cement, gypsum, aluminum-plastic panels, and any flat surfaces.
Integrated Waterproofing, Reinforcement & Finishing for Substrates: Capable of directly covering fine cracks without prior repair. The coating itself will not crack as long as the substrate remains intact, free from cracking or peeling.
Excellent Waterproofing, Alkali Resistance & Weather Resistance: Provides full-body waterproofing for exterior walls—no additional surface waterproof coating is required. It is also easy to clean, wear-resistant, scrub-resistant, slip-resistant, and mildew-proof.
High Toughness, Crack Resistance & Deep Reinforcement: While delivering a delicate and textured finish, it maintains the sturdiness and stability of cement. Suitable for building exterior finishes, terraces, swimming pools, etc.
Inorganic, Eco-Friendly & Low-Odor: A green inorganic mineral composite product, it is exempt from national inspection, with organic volatile compounds (VOCs) far lower than standard coating products.

Mix the materials at a 1:1 ratio (powder: liquid) and stir thoroughly.
Avoid exposure to rain within 10 minutes after roller coating.
Prioritize construction on dry substrates.
Repair large cracks or severely aged areas on the substrate before application.
Dosage for smooth substrates: 0.5–0.6kg/㎡ for flat finish; 0.8–1kg/㎡ for textured finish.
Can be applied directly to the substrate surface using common methods such as roller coating, brush coating, or machine spraying.
Apply the second coat by roller 10 minutes after the first coat is applied.
