Substrate Preparation: The substrate shall be flat and free of oil stains or surface dust. Cracks and holes should be repaired with special putty and sanded smooth after drying.
Color Mixing & Application: Mix the paint according to the designed color code and stir thoroughly. Use brushes or spray guns for small-area detailed murals, and rollers for large-area applications. It is recommended to apply 2–3 thin coats with an interval of 2–4 hours between each coat.
Curing & Inspection: Allow the paint film to fully cure for 24 hours after application and avoid heavy impact within 7 days. For acceptance, check that the color is uniform, with no missed coating or sagging, and deliver the project once the adhesion meets the standards.
