Underwater Composite Elastic Bricks

This product is a high-weather-resistance, high-wear-resistance, water-resistant unsaturated oil-based coating. Using leading technology, it takes high-performance unsaturated resin and various additives as the main film-forming materials, integrating multiple technological advantages. The cured coating contains a large amount of unsaturated resin, epoxy resin, anti-aging agents, dispersants, etc., which gives high cohesion between the water-resistant segments. This endows the coating with excellent performance for special requirement scenarios such as weather resistance, aging resistance, and waterproofing, and can fully protect concrete and other items from moisture and various external corrosive factors.

• Excellent Decoration & Protection + Strong Adhesion: Superior decorative effect with uniform and full color; strong weather resistance, not easy to fade after long-term use and durable. Adopting a high-solid low-viscosity formula, it has good leveling property and strong permeability during construction, which can penetrate into the capillaries of concrete. It can effectively seal the pores of the substrate, block the penetration of moisture and impurities, while enhancing the bonding stability between the entire coating and concrete, reducing the risk of delamination and peeling.

Coating Schematic

Construction Process:

• Substrate grinding treatment → Cleaning and rinsing → Repairing damaged holes → Troweling or rolling epoxy penetrating primer → Applying unsaturated nano ceramic glaze topcoat (two coats) → On-site cleaning and organizing → Curing and maintaining the finished product for 72 hours before putting into use.
